About First Flight Generation

First Flight Generation Network NPC is a youth-focused South African non-profit empowering young people aged 12–35. Through mentorship, education, life skills and leadership development, we help young people rise above challenges and build purposeful, independent futures.

Our Story

Born from a belief that every young person deserves the chance to soar, First Flight Generation Network NPC empowers young people across all nine provinces of South Africa. We address the challenges that hold youth back — from teenage pregnancy and substance abuse to poverty and violence — and walk alongside them toward purpose, independence and leadership.

Our Mission & Vision

Our Vision: To raise a confident, purpose-driven generation of young people who are equipped to lead, transform communities and impact the world.

Our Mission: To empower young men and women through mentorship, education, life skills and leadership development, enabling them to overcome poverty, avoid harmful lifestyles and build meaningful, successful futures.

What We Do

We reduce teenage pregnancy and transactional relationships, equip youth to resist peer pressure and substance abuse, provide tools for financial independence, support victims of rape and abuse, develop purpose-driven leaders, and bring hope and healing to the sick.

National Reach — All 9 Provinces

First Flight Generation operates across all nine provinces of South Africa — Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State and Northern Cape. Through school visits, community events, youth camps, church partnerships and hospital visits, we take hope and opportunity to young people everywhere.
